Emily Weaver manages the Richard Rockefeller Fellowship and is a program associate for the Rockefeller Brothers Fund Pivotal Place: China program. She has over a decade of experience in China, managing diverse programs for international and local organizations such as the Clinton Foundation, The Asia Foundation, and the One Foundation.
Oma Lee is a consultant and policy specialist in Chinese charity law and philanthropy. She was previously a senior analyst at the Center for Charity Law at the China Philanthropy Research Institute, where she bridged divides between grassroots initiatives, international stakeholders, and governments.
Danxi Shen is the deputy secretary general at Sany Foundation, where she oversees the foundation’s grantmaking, program research, and global partnerships. Prior to Sany Foundation, Danxi worked at the intersection of education and social innovation at Harvard SEED for Social Innovation, a network for China’s next generation of social sector leaders.
Victor Kuo is a consultant, researcher, and evaluator who has spent fifteen years helping philanthropic foundations measure their social impact. Currently, he is founder of VK Global Advising and leads projects in strategic planning, evaluation, and organizational development.
